Two close run defeats last weekend saw Chesterfield 1s relegated from the Yorkshire and North East division. This weekend they will make their penultimate long distance away trip to Whitley Bay.

The lads are keen to see the season out with the right attitude and the desire to play fluid and structured hockey.

Manager, Callum Taylor (pictured above) had this to say "Since moving to the Yorkshire and North East League 3 years ago the 300+ mile round journey to Whitley Bay has always been a key date in the diary and one we have looked forward to. This year is no exception. With just 4 games left until the season draws to an end the team are keen to get more points on the board".
