Media Day
Our plan for Saturday is to start our content"bank" early for this season. The aim is to collate as many up-to-date photos as possible of club members playing hockey, as well as some professional-style “headshots” for use on your Pitchero profile, team graphics or fixtures graphics throughout the season.

Headshots
Before heading to the pitch for your match or training, please go to Changing Room 2 as soon as you arrive. There will be a photo background set up, and you will be asked to stand for 30 - 45 seconds and smile for the camera.

For each player, we are hoping to end the day with:

• A smiling headshot
• Another headshot (standing at 45, arms folded, etc for example)
• A celebration (props welcome - bring your own!)

If you are a coach and a player, please bring your coaching top/something plain black as we will do two photos. Goalkeepers can either borrow a green shirt on the day, bring their own CHC branded top / smock (if sizings work) or wear a plain coloured top of their choosing.

Team Photos
We are also planning to take some temporary team photos for the start of the 2026/27 season. For these, please meet as a team on the netball court outside the Changing Room or in the sports hall (weather dependent) for a front row, back row style team photo. Team photos will be taken before your warm-ups while kit is still fresh at the following times (or as near as possible)

• 11am - W3
• 12:30pm - W1
• 2pm - M2 / M3s

Matt and I will be around to co-ordinate, but I may need some help tracking folks down if people are stuck in traffic so nobody misses the team pics.

Requirements
For this, players need to be in full home kit:

• A CHC green shirt (Nike style, not Stanno style)
• Black playing shorts or skort
• Green socks pulled up fully.

Coaches - please wear plain black or your black CHC coaching tops with no hats. Goalkeepers - please either pad up or wear a CHC branded top/plain colour instead of a green kit.

Please ensure ALL kit has no rips or peeling logos. . We will have some spares on hand in case.

Not playing on Saturday?
If you would like your headshots taken but you are part of an adult team not playing on Saturday, please head to Changing Room 2 / find Matt Drohan between the following times

• 10:30am - 11:00am
• 11:45am - 12:30pm
• 1:15pm - 2:00pm

We will have the camera set up ready to go for headshots during these times and any club member playing in a senior side is welcome to have their photos taken.
