Chesterfield HC is hosting "Turn up & Play" summer sessions for adults and those aged 13 and above on Saturday mornings throughout July at St Mary's School, Chesterfield.

If you're missing hockey, then this is the perfect pick-me-up over the summer period - a chance to blow away some cobwebs and get back into shape and shape those stick skills.

The Turn Up & Play sessions are also open to new members. The sessions are an ideal way to try hockey out in a friendly environment without the pressure of training or playing a match.

To book on please confirm your availability via Pitchero, so we can track numbers/attendance.

We will pick teams and play games based on numbers and who turns up!.The cost will be £2 a session payable through Pitchero.

Please bring a green/black/white tee-shirt to help with teams - but don't worry, any colour of socks is fine. For new players, we do have sticks available to borrow if you need - just ask!

If you’re interested in joining for a run around and not already down as a "Turn up & Play" team member, please can you:

• Go to Pitchero
• Tap your account
• Click “My Roles”
• Find the "Player For" heading
• Click “Manage”
• Scroll to Turn Up and Play to “apply” to join - (We will go through and approve them all later)
