This morning in blustery conditions for hockey, Chesterfield HC hosted an U12 girls tournament at St Mary's school, Chesterfield.

Coach, Charlie Calderbank, said about the team "Well done to the Under 12 girls team on an incredibly mature set of games. The team started against a strong Sheffield team but they really held their own. In fact, Sheffield were the only team that managed to score against the team on the day.

All of the girls showed determination and great team work, scoring a variety of individual and team goals.
The future is certainly bright! "
